MSN.com did not rebranding to Live.com, but MSN Search does rebranded to Live Search, now rebranded to Bing.

Bing is using the same database but the existing functions being upgraded and new functions added too.

bing.com result will be the same as live.com
coz they r basically the samething, using the same database.

or say it directly,
microsoft just do rebranding only lah.
they rebrand from msn.com to live.com.... fail
not they wan to change to bing.com

but still, ppl will prefer more on google lah
coz google have a larger database and more accurate results
